SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all Orders same day ( this can vary with specials and time frame commitments), apart from weekend orders which will be dispatched the next working day. All parcels are sent by NZ Courier Post & Toll NZ, which are 'Track and Traceable' and can be delivered to rural, household, business addresses and PO Box number. No orders will be delivered on weekends.

We currently do not send internationally, but are looking to in the future.

Holiday times do have an impact on this, so please factor this in when ordering.

In the rare event that a parcel goes missing, it takes some time for compensation to be issued. Both Little Red Hen and you the customer, will have to fill out and return forms as part of the claims process. 

On request orders can be picked up from our Retail Outlet Store 'Little Red Hen' 241 High St, Lower Hutt.. 

 

PAYMENT DETAILS

We use a secure Paypal System. Prices are in NZ dollars and include GST.  If you wish to pay by bank deposit please email us at sales@littleredhen.co.nz for bank details and order process.

PRIVACY

Your name and contact details are only used by us. We do not pass on our customers details to any third party.

AVAILABILITY

We make an effort to bring you a great product range although sometimes we may have difficulties with availability. In this situation we will advise you as to when we estimate the product is likely to be ready and will email you to see if you want to back-order the product, hold the order or we can suggest possible alternatives.

RETURN POLICY

This policy relates to orders online only, please read your reciept for in Store puchases.

All returns must be recieved within 7 working days of the despatch date.

We believe in the quality of our products and hand check all garments before sending anything out to our customers. However, in the slim chance you do receive something from us that is flawed, dirty or faulty we will pay for the return shipping of the item and either arrange a full refund or an exchange - whichever the customer would prefer. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the faulty item has been caused by the customer.  Please provide proof of purchase with returned item.  If items are returned due to change of mind, there will be a 20% restocking and adminstration fee deducted from refund.

If you are unsure of sizing in regards to shoes & costumes please ring us to discuss first, unfortanately there will still be an adminstration fe of 20%  if you need to change size or returning for wrong size.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you simply change your mind on your order, we will be happy to exchange it. The garments must be in brand new condition and have the original labels still attached. You, the customer, will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of the item. No exchange will be arranged until we have received the returned item. Please note that we can not refund you for any shipping costs that you may have been charged with your original order.  Please include proof of purchase with your item.
